The Art of Self-Defense

Miko Ving Tsun Kung Fu is a progressive martial arts training system for self-defense, based on the principles of Chinese martial arts and their Five Elements theory – supplemented by insights from modern sports science. Our motto is: “Tradition, yes, but not at the expense of innovation and development.”

Known for its effective techniques and clear structure, this martial art is ideal for anyone who wants to further develop their skills in martial arts – whether beginner or advanced.

Our training method is rooted in the teachings of Ip Man, popularized worldwide by Wong Shun Leung and Bruce Lee. With us, you combine these traditional foundations with modern approaches – giving you the best of both worlds.

Miko Ving Tsun Kung Fu – Martial Arts Trainer

Those who are particularly motivated and want to pass on their knowledge can also pursue training as a Miko Kung Fu instructor. This clearly requires social skills, which, if not already present, must be acquired during the training. Demonstrating exercises is one thing; guiding and supporting the student on their path is another.

Thus, the assessment considers both the progress of the skills acquired and the ability to impart these skills.

Theoretically, one can go through all stages without reaching any of the levels that determine the ability to be a teacher (teaching level).

And don’t forget: “Practice makes perfect”
